Why the information is used
The platform uses this information to provide local visibility results, identify listing issues, organize review workflows, support branch reporting, and maintain account access for authorized team members.
Google Maps Platform
Some BizVizAid features use Google Maps Platform. When those features are used, relevant request information is sent to Google. Google-provided data is handled transiently to produce the requested service outcome. BizVizAid may retain Google Place IDs and derived service results, but does not retain other Google Maps content unless Google permits it or retention is legally required.
Access and control
Businesses should be able to manage who has access to their workspace, remove users when needed, and understand which data is connected for operational use.
